Many of his transactions involve the disposal and acquisition of companies and partnerships as well as the dealing in property side of construction and site developments.
He advises clients on non-contentious trademarking, brand licensing, copyright and Intellectual Property matters including brand strategies in the textile, fashion and allied industries. David Salamons has over 25 years’ experience advising on company and commercial matters, commercial and industrial property. He has set up niche law firms in Chelsea and the West End as well as founding an international law group. In February 2009 he merged his practice with Cubism Law where he can provide his clients with a wider range of support and resources.
David has a close affinity with the leisure industry sector in which he enjoys an enviable reputation. He is particularly known for his work with bars, clubs and restaurants and the betting industry, connections which he has carefully developed and nurtured over the last two decades.
David is extremely experienced in a variety of company and commercial matters particularly in the areas of start-up businesses through to the disposal and acquisition of businesses companies and partnerships including all the necessary negotiations and provision of documentation that this may necessitate.
He also calls upon a wide range of commercial and industrial property experience including construction and developments from the “ground up” through to large retail and industrial portfolios. In addition he is a specialist adviser in non-contentious trademark, brand licensing and copyright and Intellectual Property matters including brand strategies in the textile, fashion and allied industries.
David is passionate about ‘climbing inside the world of his clients’ to see their business and their world from their point of view. He speaks to clients in their language and adopts an entrepreneurial and innovative approach to commercial matters that need advice, guidance and quick solutions.
In his spare time, as an accomplished public speaker, David runs leadership training courses both here and abroad which are deeply immersive personal growth and leadership training sessions.
David also supports a number of charitable organisations and is an avid Arsenal fan. When he’s not busy doing any of those things, he likes to write and perform live stand-up comedy.
