Represented the Joint Venture partner in a £10m redevelopment of Leyton Orient Football Ground, raising initial development funding through the creation of an innovative investment instrument and then conventional refinancing of the completed development.
Romford Town Centre
Duncan raised development finance in connection with a £50m complex mixed use scheme, involving the provision of new build barter consideration for the landowners.
