Vassos specialises in private client work; wills, probate and trusts as well as commercial and high-end residential conveyancing.

Having previously worked in small specialist London firms, his knowledge base is broad and his approach is one of “hands-on” common sense, with an appreciation of taking the most effective and tax-efficient route, and also securing the deal for the client.

His clients include high net worth individuals who require inheritance tax-planning. Vassos is experienced in preparing tax-efficient wills and advising on ways to efficiently reduce tax exposure. He also helps his clients in preparing and administering trusts and estates and applying for Probate.

Having a wide skill set also allows Vassos to advise and act for clients who wish to acquire or dispose of residential or commercial property, from a first-time buyer’s flat to country manors and commercial warehouses, shops and offices. His clients include property investors, developers and brokers. He has represented clients based in Cyprus, Greece, Ireland & Spain and is fluent in Greek.

Vassos is regularly able to save significant amounts in inheritance tax for his clients, and frequently acts on multi-million pound property transactions.
