Silke Buschmann, Corporate Law

Silke joined Cubism Law in 2009. She advises on a range of company and commercial matters including related intellectual property and insolvency/re-structuring issues. In addition, Silke advises on a variety of commercial property transactions.

Silke works together with David Salamons, who has over 25 years practising experience in company/commercial and commercial property related matters. Silke is very pragmatic and commercial in her approach and she always considers the wider issues and long term strategies of her clients to suggest the most appropriate solutions.

Silke acts for a range of clients including, small to medium sized enterprises, owner managed businesses, PLC's and high-net-worth individuals.

Silke is bilingual in English and German.
