Martin Hosken, Director

After qualifying with a research degree from the Royal College of Art, Martin went on to work as a lecturer and Head of Department at various Art & Design establishments in London. His interest in the creative aspects of the arts and the development and mentoring of individuals led him in 2006 to undertake extensive training as an Analytical Psychologist. In the same year Martin set up and successfully ran a management consultancy which quickly secured contracts within a wide number of sectors including Legal, Franchising, Transport, Film and Construction industries.

Martin has worked with Andrew Pena for over 7 years and has known Cubism Law since its inception. As a non-lawyer Manager Martin offers a non-lawyer perspective and works closely with Andrew in supporting the firm and its strategic direction. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of all the support staff and the smooth running of the office. He also works closely with the consultant base seeking to bring his business experience to foster the firms individual and collective success.  

Martin is a business link in London approved consultant and is also a qualified MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) Practitioner.
