James Brenan, Property Litigation

 James joined Cubism Law as a Consultant in 2008. He has worked at a number of highly respected firms during his career so far which spans some 30 years.

James is a real technician who takes a keen interest in the finer points of the law. He covers a wide range of property, planning, contract and commercial issues through giving advice, managing disputes and transactional work. His clients appreciate his meticulous attention to detail.

He has particular expertise in dealing with claims concerning structural and infrastructural defects relating to blocks of flats and is currently working on a group claim for £10 million in remedial costs.

When not working James tries to keep up with his children, reads, listens to music and goes to the theatre.
