With over 25 years experience Duncan has developed expertise in commercial property matters and has a 'hands on' commercial approach. Duncan's willingness to take personal responsibility for delivering the deal, enables clients to place their trust in him, knowing he keeps them informed without bothering them with unnecessary detail.

Duncan's expertise and input includes:-

• Complex land promotion and development documents; based in part on his involvement in London's Docklands in the 1980’s. He is currently advising upon a major housing scheme (450 houses), a greenfield town extension (26 acres) and a major commercial scheme of potentially 1m sq.ft.

• Retail lettings and the working up of investment properties; based on his involvement with several large scale regional shopping centres. He has recently set up a management regime for a local shopping centre and advised upon the sale of a town centre retail investment scheme.

• The sale and purchase of commercial property. Having acted for national pension funds, property companies and private investors, Duncan has extensive experience of all property issues.
