David Salamons, Corporate Law

David has over 25 years experience advising on company and commercial matters, commercial and industrial property. He has set up niche law firms in Chelsea and the West End as well as founding an international law group. In February 2009 he merged his practice with Cubism Law where he can provide his clients with a wider range of support and resources.

David has a close affinity with the leisure industry sector in which he enjoys an enviable reputation. He is particularly known for his work with bars, clubs and restaurants and the betting industry, connections which he has carefully developed and nurtured over the last two decades. 
 
David is extremely experienced in a variety of company and commercial matters particularly in the areas of start-up businesses through to the disposal and acquisition of businesses companies and partnerships including all the necessary negotiations and provision of documentation that this may necessitate. He also calls upon a wide range of commercial and industrial property experience including construction and developments from the "ground up" through to large retail and industrial portfolios. In addition he is a specialist adviser in non-contentious trademark, brand licensing and copyright and Intellectual Property matters including brand strategies in the textile, fashion and allied industries.
 
David is passionate about "putting himself in the shoes of his clients" and adopting an entrepreneurial and innovative approach to commercial matters. In his spare time he is involved in running leadership training courses in the UK and abroad, travel and watching his beloved Arsenal where he has season tickets with his children. In addition David is an entertainer who writes and performs live stand up comedy.

David is also an active member of LIMA (the International Licensing Industry Merchandisers' Association).
