He provides bespoke immigration advice to high net worth individuals on Tier 1 (Investor) and Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) who are looking to invest or start up a business in the UK.  He also acts for private clients who wish to study, work or bring their family over to the UK. For his corporate clients, Khai works with a wide variety of companies to provide strategic planning on hiring migrant workers, sponsorship licence and immigration compliance matters.

On the property side, he specialises in assisting clients to buy and sell freehold and leasehold residential properties, including off-plan properties and re-mortgage. He also acts for landlord and tenant in leasehold matters, for example granting and taking of leases and assignment of leases.

Khai is a native Cantonese and Mandarin speaker. In his spare time, Khai enjoys swimming and also plays the piano.
