Wyn Lewis has been an employment lawyer since 1985. He was a partner in the London office of Pinsent Masons LLP until 2012, when he moved to niche Westminster employment law firm Golden Leaver LLP, until Golden Leaver became part of Cubism in 2015.
Wyn’s client base is broad and includes companies, charities, a church, HNW individuals, law firms, NGOs, PE investors, property management companies, software manufacturers and SMEs. This enables him to advise all parties to deals – including companies, investors, management teams and individuals.
Wyn’s expertise includes strategic and technical employment law and HR advice, but with a focus on share purchase and other acquisitions, business transfers, outsourcing, severance deals, TUPE, workplace mediation and the sensible management of senior individual employee relations. He also has particular knowledge of international employment issues as a result of advising NGOs and UK multinationals.
In addition to mainstream employment and HR work, Wyn is involved with knowledge management, mentoring, recruitment and client training programmes. He focuses on sorting out employment issues so that clients can focus on developing their businesses and careers.
