I have to hand it to you David. Once again, you and your team have been absolutely outstanding. To Catherine and Harriet as well you have done an absolutely brilliant job of this relatively complex assignment of a sub lease which required so much attention to detail and constant following up but it seems as though you take it in your stride and it’s just a matter of course for you. I am so pleased to have recommended you brilliant service and I will do so again and again.

We appointed David Salamons and his team earlier this year to act for us on some of our retail acquisitions and we were so impressed that we now use him on a large number of these matters. David and his team at Cubism display a high degree of professionalism, knowledge, and most importantly from our point of view, a commercial approach to bringing home the transactions in the timescales required.

David Salamons has acted for us for over 20 years, helping us grow from a single site local operation to a company with 14 distribution centres. He has achieved a 100% success rate for our property purchases and sales. It is a pleasure to have been a client for so many years of a true professional that really cares about his clients’ affairs.

otally professional, yet extremely warm and friendly; I have great admiration at the way he combines these attributes. As well as being highly competent, David always goes that extra mile in helping us secure our sites some of which, in the past, have been on the brink of collapsing.
– Marc A. Francis-Baum, Operation Director, Barworks Group Ltd
I was lucky enough to attend a workshop run by David Salamons in relation to leadership, conflict resolution and accountability. I consider the course to be quite unique and very useful on a daily basis both in the personal and corporate environment. David’s style and knowledge was the key factor. In addition, I have referred clients to David for expert legal advice and the feedback is that David’s personal relationship and expertise has been outstanding.
– Lee Dellar, Barclays bank Plc Relationship Manager, Media Team
My experience with David Salamons goes back some 20 years; he has always been a constant source of support and has always negotiated and handled my book publication contracts be it in England or the United States. He does not confuse you with complicated legal statements, rather gives it to you in simple and easily understandable layman’s terms.

I joined Toastmasters in Berkeley Square in September 2012. I then became President between July 2013 – July 2014. At the end of my term as President, I was wandering through Lincoln’s Inn Fields one sunny afternoon in July and suddenly thought, I like running these clubs, why not start a brand-new club with no history which will be very exciting, for people local to our firm.
I immediately telephoned two of my colleagues who’d been on my committee at Berkeley Square and they said straight away “we are in”! We planned it during the summer and canvassed it to friends and colleagues and also to friends who are members of other Toastmasters clubs and asked them to come along and support us.
We opened the doors on Thursday the 9th of October and negotiated the use of Brasserie Blanc, yes two doors away from the office (I really am lazy!) as our venue. They were incredibly nice to us and refused to charge and we said we would bring lots of people to breakfast after our meetings which are between 7:15 AM – 8:50 AM on Thursday mornings. We immediately ran the meetings weekly and many people from Cubism law came along and supported us and then eventually joined.
All round, it has been a huge success and by March 31st we chartered as a full Toastmasters Club and in our first full year which will begin in July 2014, we are well on the way to qualify as a very distinguished club indeed.
It’s been a real fun journey and so it continues.
