David qualified as a solicitor in 1999. After training in London, he specialised in Employment Law, becoming a partner in leading regional firm BP Collins in early 2008. David joined Cubism as a Consultant in February 2010.
David has dealt in all aspects of Employment Law, Employee Benefits and Pensions for two decades. His experience specifically includes: Contentious matters including claims covering all areas of employment law such as discrimination, unfair dismissal, unlawful deduction of wages, wrongful dismissal, breach of contract, constructive dismissal and stress at work claims.
David has worked specifically with businesses giving day-to-day preventative employment advice as well as advice on and the drafting of contracts, handbooks, policies and procedures and agreements for consultants and subcontractors, commercial agents and agency workers and negotiating compromise agreements for individuals.
