Anna Moyle works with a broad range of organisations – PLCs, owner managed companies and universities – across a range of sectors including retail, publishing, higher education, managed and financial services.

Whilst Anna principally acts for the employers, she also advises individuals.

Anna has experience of all aspects of employment law – contentious and advisory – including complex tribunal litigation, particularly involving discrimination, whistleblowing and equal pay claims. She also regularly advises on business restructuring including redundancies and TUPE, as well as advising on and updating terms and conditions and rolling these out.

Anna gets great satisfaction from helping those with responsibility for the workforce to deal with the day to day problems they typically encounter. Whilst the legal context may be the same, corporate and individual concerns and personalities can be unpredictable when dealing with sensitive situations.

Anna has developed close and trusted working relationships with many clients and understands how to bring practical benefits while using technical and soft skills and enjoys working together as a team.

Field of Expertise:

Anna Moyle has a particular interest in devising and running high quality interactive training as a constructive way for a business to demonstrate that they are an employer of choice ready to invest in their workforce, whilst also helping to prevent typical problems occurring in the first place.
