MD set for fraud crimes court appearance

A managing director (MD) of a financial firm has been linked with fraud crimes.
Grahame Whitehead is set to appear in Basildon Crown Court next month in relation to 40 counts of fraud by false representation, with these being worth £8.3 million.
The 46 year old is currently the managing director for Woodbridge Financial Services and he had previously been an appointed representative of Burns Anderson, a position which he held from 2002 until 2008, those involved in cases related to fraud crimes may be interested to learn.
A spokeswoman for Essex Police has confirmed that Mr Whitehead was arrested for suspected fraud in April and was charged in court in August.
He is due back in court on October 16th for a plea and case hearing.
Earlier this week, it was revealed that two men had been jailed for fraud crimes related to the claiming of more than £1.2 million in tax credits.
