Look Local 'helps franchise agreement holders with new CRM system'
Published on 23 Jun 2009 under category: legal
The roll out of a new customer relationship management and accountancy system is helping companies that are part of a franchise agreement expand, a source reveals.
Look Local has provided these systems to its owners to enable them to help build up their firms and maintain relationships with clients, The Franchise Magazine reports.
Ray Slater, managing director of the organisation, claims that it was created in response to requests for help to cut the burden of administration costs.
This new technology helps members of the Look Local group by reducing the amount of effort required to create and record invoices.
Mr Slater states that he is glad to have signed a franchise agreement and that the new assistance will help him expand his company.
He explains his reasons for taking this business model: "It suddenly dawned on me that if I continued working in corporate logistics I would have spent my entire life working for somebody else."
Look Local was originally established in 1999 and provides business directories to over 60,000 companies and homes.
