Franchise agreements 'can be recession proof'
Published on 7 Sep 2009 under category: legal
Franchise agreements can give people a "recession-proof- business", it has been suggested.
Jan Mitman, director for Drain Doctor, commented that her firm offers this kind of opportunity.
She said that those opting for franchise agreements rather than starting out in business from scratch can enjoy a "considerable level of support and assistance".
Ms Mitman commented that this is the case if people choose the correct opportunities.
She added: "Buying into a Drain Doctor franchise, which offers a largely recession-proof business, provides further reassurance that if you are prepared to put in the work you can expect to gain real rewards."
These comments come shortly after the firm completed its largest new franchisee training school since before the economic downturn.
In other news, last week SafeClean agreed franchise agreements with five new members, with the company stating that it has seen a rise in queries for these opportunities, thefranchisemagazine.net reported.
