Cubism Law agrees insolvency collaboration with New Square Chambers

Published on 1 Sep 2008 under category: cubism

As part of an increasing range of services offered by Cubism Law, we are now working in close collaboration with New Square Chambers to create a cost effective one stop shop service for Insolvency Practitioners.

New Square Chambers is one of England and Wales’ leading insolvency chambers and has a top draw pedigree and reputation in insolvency work. New Square Chambers is ranked as a “leading Set for Insolvency” in the Legal 500 (2008 Edition).

Together Cubism Law and New Square Chambers are offering a quick and cost effective service to Insolvency Practitioners who want an assessment of the merits of a case so they don’t start throwing good money after bad.

“We believe that Insolvency Practitioners will immediately see the benefits of our collaboration product in this increasingly competitive market”, says Peter Mellett, Cubism Law Consultant, “especially where we assess a case as being suitable for a CFA. Having a close knit barrister/solicitor team prepared to work on a CFA basis is a real added value service to our clients, saving them time and money from having to shop around to put a high calibre team together.”

Robin Hollington QC of New Square Chambers, who is rated as a “Leading Silk for Insolvency” by the 2008 Edition of the Legal 500, commented “New Square Chambers is extremely pleased to be working with Cubism Law on this innovative and exciting project.”
