London litigation boutique Cubism Law has hired David Buckle from Thames Valley firm BP Collins to launch its employment practice. The move comes just weeks after it hired consultants Karen Pollock from Reynolds Porter Chamberlain and Peter Zombory-Moldovan from City firm Squire & Co for its new insurance practice.

Cubism Law does not operate on the traditional partnership model. Managing Director Andrew Pena explained: Our business model is uniquely geared to take advantage of the Legal Services Act by moving away from the outmoded partnership structure and rewarding lawyers for managing their own businesses within a business.
