The Cubism Model has been specifically designed to meet the challenges of a changing legal market. Partnerships are cumbersome with much energy being consumed by the division of profits. As a limited company Cubism Law recruits senior lawyers as consultants, not partners, each then managing their own profit centre and practice. This allows them to receive a much fairer proportion of the fees in respect of the work they undertake.

Released from the day to day politics and burden of running of a law firm each lawyer supported by the brand, receives mentoring, marketing expertise and office infrastructure including paralegal support thus freeing them to effectively manage their clients whilst continuing to develop their practice.

For an entrepreneurial lawyer it is an ideal model to grow their own practice based on developing strong client relationships and delivering quality legal advice still with the support and benefits of a central office and a collegiate network of like-minded colleagues. For the client it means a personalised service from a business owner at a price undetermined by the firm.
